Since joining the Indigo Road family in 2015, Kevin Perez has spent his time perfecting his skills and further igniting his passion for the art of cooking. Most recently serving as sous chef in the kitchen at Colletta, the group's Italian concept in Alpharetta, Ga., he now joins the Donetto team as sous chef.
Originally from Trevor, Wis., Perez relocated to Georgia in 2012 and began his culinary career working in corporate restaurants, including Ted's Montana Grill. Soon after, Perez was recruited to join the opening team at Colletta where he started at the pizza station and worked his way up, mastering each position along the way. A dedicated member of The Indigo Road family, Perez has cultivated a love of Italian cuisine and is excited to continue his journey with the company at Donetto.
Perez currently resides in Norcross, Ga. and enjoys working out, biking and fixing up his Jeep in his spare time.
